Good video. Even as a dirty keto person, I'm not too crazy about these Mission tortillas. The vegetable shortening they use is interesterified and hydrogenated soybean oil, and they're sweetened with artificial sucralose. A little better are the La Banderita Carb Counter and La Banderita Zero Net Card tortillas, and also the Olé Extreme Wellness Keto tortillas which are all made with extra virgin olive oil, and sweetened with allulose.

Low carb is a better diet.

You need to read Dr Richard K Bernstein’s book.. he’s 90 years old and has been type 1 diabetic.. he has a technique to keep his blood 🩸 sugar at an even level..

China,s cure for diabetes

Not sure if you'll see this, but, @10:15 that Clark Chicken's Spread is amazing. You can make your own too (Turkey Spread is the best). Its essentially like a jam, or peanut butter type of deal that you can spread on bread or crackers or whatever you'd like, but instead of peanuts or fruits its chicken meat.

My A1C went from 4.7 7:32 to 6.4 so my dr Put me on Metformin omg the side effects are horrible they said it takes 2 weeks for it to get in my system omg diabetes stinks

My dr took me off of all energy drinks said they wasnt good for a diabetic and there heart

I went to the dr the other day and my a1C went up to 6.4 so I have to start keto and hopefully lose some weight I also had.low potassium.and low vitamin D they started me.on metformin so here we go back down the diabetic trail again I'm type 2 went from diabetes to pre-diabetic for many yrs now back to diabetes
